I'm going to be telling you what you can expect out of this and why I chose this as one of my series in my blog.
As you all know, This blog is called I, Me, Myself. It's a blog about self care, mental health and how we can improve ourselves for the better. The name 'All about Anger' is self explanatory, There are two parts under this series : Science of Anger and Anger Management.
You must be wondering, why are there posts about anger in a self care blog.
Well, anger is an emotion just like any other, but it absorbs the most energy from the body, It's one of the most powerful emotions. An emotion like this can lead you in two different ways, so it must be driven properly and made sure that it doesn't affect or hurt other people's or your mental health. You cannot avoid anger, but you can control it, and controlling it is a part of self care and being mentally healthy. This series is all about it.

Before we end this, I do want to share one of my personal experience which pushed me to start blogging about this topic, And I'm sure many of you have experienced this too.
Once I was really disappointed because I didn't perform well in a test at school.
I was really angry with myself, my mom came to me and tried cheering me up with telling how it's ok to make mistakes and how I can always do better in another test, That was sweet of my mom right? but do you know what I did in return? I yelled at her, saying that I want to be alone and I don't want to listen to her lectures. Even though my mom understood that I needed to be alone and didn't bother much about it, I was devastated, until this day I regret it. Because of our lack of self management don't you think it's wrong to hurt others? In this case it was my mom, who loves me and understood that I was sad, think about it if it was a friend or a colleague you work with, they will not understand you like how a mom will and the scenario will be completely different. That is when i decided that this is something which cannot be ignored.
